Privacy Policy

This Policy describes how the FakeDelivery mobile app (the “App”) handles data. The App is an entertainment app that creates fictional delivery orders for fun and is not a real delivery service.

In short: the App has no backend server of its own. We do not create accounts, show ads, use analytics or tracking, and we do not share your data with third parties for advertising.

What data is processed

• Location (with your permission). Used to determine your city and address and to show them on the map. Access is requested only when you use the relevant features; you can deny or revoke the permission in iOS settings.
• On-device data. Settings and generated demo orders are stored locally on your device (a SQLite database and local preferences). This data is not sent to us and does not leave the device, except as described below.
• Local notifications. Generated on the device and contain no data sent to external servers.

Data shared with third-party map services

To display the map, search addresses and build routes, the App contacts open OpenStreetMap services. Geographic coordinates and search queries (but no personally identifying information) may be sent to them:

• Map tiles — tile.openstreetmap.org;
• Geocoding and address search — Nominatim (nominatim.openstreetmap.org);
• Route building — OSRM (router.project-osrm.org).

Processing of data by these services is governed by their own policies: OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy. We do not control these services and do not store the data sent to them.

What we do not do

• We do not collect your name, email, phone number or other identifying data.
• We do not use ad networks, analytics or tracking tools.
• We do not sell or share data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Children

The App is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.

Storage and deletion

All App data is stored locally. You can delete it at any time by removing the App from your device.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy. A new version is published on this page with an updated effective date.
